چکیده
Abstract Repeated column chromatography using Sephadex LH-20, silica gel (SiO 2 ), and octadecyl SiO (ODS) as well preparative HPLC led to isolation of a new dibenzocyclooctadiene lignan along with four known ones, gomisin L2 ( 1 L1 M1 3 M2 4 ). Their chemical structures were fixed based on MS, IR, NMR data analyses. In addition, the stereochemistry atropisomers, absolute configuration axial chirality in biphenyl structure, was confirmed by CD experiment. The named M3 5
